Cold call. Informed caller that my number is registered on TPS service to avoid such calls. Caller refused to believe and said would phone back later even though I instructed them not to. I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

Spent 2 minutes on this call with a guy saying he was from tax office. He said I was hiding my tax money. It ended up with him threatening to come to my house tomorrow to collect. He also said I had to have 10 years receipts from anything I bought! A very aggressive caller! Beware!!

Had several calls today from this number.. And when we were having our tea, the house rang with this number and when we didn t answer it the mobile rang....this makes you think it is an urgent call???!!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS!
