The scammer then wanted us to give him that code so they could take over the account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THAT CODE AND HANG UP THE CALL AND BLOCK THE NUMBER

Sounded like an Indian call centre. The lady claimed to be from "Medical Health Services" telling me I could have some kind of personal alarm system because I was a senior citizen over the age of 60. When I told them I wasn't over 60 they said goodbye and hung up. I suspect some kind of scam call.
