Claimed it was about a change in building regulation sand checking heat loss. I said that is absolute rubbish - she claimed it was not. I suggested she gets a proper job and hung up.

I listened politely to the opening argument as to why I can make all the difference and then explained that, as I already support several charities, I cannot support Greenpeace, though I do admire Greenpeace and the work it does as an organisation.
