after getting sick of the calls, I "registered my interest", ended up inviting the people round and found out who they were. They are http://www.greendealsolutions.net. The "local" sales guy had a wasted 100 mile round trip. Not a happy bunny. I have now been able to complain to the ICO

Called about PPI, insisted I was owed thousands. some dodgy company that has spoofed some one else s phone number. Number is registered to Fife Storage - but it s not them who are on the line.
