They claim to be vodafone, they called me many times, the first time I answered they didnt have my name, they asked for the "account holder" I didn t give them ANY information and then told them not to call me again. 3 days later they called again, this time they knew my surname. This number is used to scam people. They recorded messages intended to scare you in doing something you may regret. I was called from this number - 02034640874 on bank holiday Monday (UK). There was a recorded message which read "You were called by HMRC because there is a fraud registered against your name. Press 3 to continue. If you don't press 3 then you will be arrested immediately." This is a scam. HMRC would never call you to warn you of an impending arrest.
