A guy with an Indian accent claiming to be calling from Microsystems Solutions based in London (but with the number location in Machynlleth, Wales) is willing to lend you a helpful hand in removing some 'bad files' from your computer you downloaded. They just saw it on their system you see! #sarcam The same system that magically contained my number. #amazing He wants to help himself to access to your system. SCAM Called to say that they were from Amazon Security and someone tried to purchase a smartphone from my account. Was told to check emails on my pc and then to follow their instructions. I knew it was a scam so I asked if they can give me details of the amazon account, They then disconnected. Be aware!!

SCAM Recorded message purporting to be BT saying my line was showing unusual activity and I should "press 1" to be connected to an engineer who could sort out the problem I re-dialled the number to find that it was not recognised.
This was a recording purporting to be from the National Crime Agency that said criminal activity had been linked to my national insurance number and that my NI no. had been suspended. I hung up before it went any further.
Have called several times but seem to hang up immediately
empty line when I answered. may have just been a misdial but it did not hang up, I closed the call after a few seconds.
