He sounded as though he was abroad, couldn t say my last name and asked if I remembered having an accident two years ago as he could help me get compensation. I asked why he would be interested in getting compensation for me and told me he was the Motor Insurer Bureau and that was what they did. Everyday, for the past five days this number has called, usually with no one at the other end and after I say hello several times the line goes dead. Today it was an Indian sounding man claiming to be from "Perfect Preferences", and assuring me it was "not a sales call".
