The 0121 number is a fraud, the guy (heavy pakistani accent) said he was sat in Woodgreen, London and explained the fake number as a "computer" number not a phone number. He said he was from "heating on benefits". Once I confirmed the ESA/LPG gas/20yr he went on to say, he will now pass me over to the Verifier who will check and confirm my details and arrange for a visit to my house which will only take 48 hours.
