07786 204375 Called today saying it was a message service saying press one or nine to reject. I pressed one and found our gas engineer who is coming out today to look at our boiler. Yes, we did call them so we know it real and not a scam.

Alleged call from 'customer services' asking me a bucket load of questions, when I asked what the purpose of the call was they got really shirty and said I needed to let them explain, I asked them to call me later as I was trying to sort my kids out and they just hung up.

This company who ever they are will not stop ringing me!! 6 times already today!!
are they allowed to make sales calls?! I think it genuinely is them and I m really annoyed by it! I m already a customer, what more do they want?!
claims to be from 'social housing' (not a specific named landlord) and wants to deal with my repairs. i told them to email me as i don't know who they are. my landlord would send me a letter or email me and would NEVER offer to do unsolicited repairs, ha!!
