Probably spam - I missed the call, dialled them back and heard "you've dialled an incorrect number".
They have called me repeatedly, I usually don t answer but when I do, all I hear are voices in the background and no-one really responds. Very annoying and even possibly a scam to charge your phone somehow?
They said they were from the TPS they were not. Usual waffle about phone calls but just put the receiver down. Mind you I did say oh! No your not your liars then I put it down. Not worth wasting any more time on it. Be aware especially if your elderly and or disabled as your a target.
