Phone number Comment Option 8444412898 I also bought space bags in march this year. Just received my glossy brochure and letter from Free time, stating they will take ?99.99 from my account. I did receive a phone call asking me if I was happy with the space bags, and that as a thankyou I would receive a booklet containing vouchers for money off every day products. If I didn t want to use it, I could just throw it in the bin. It looks very professional. Yes it is a SCAM. Yes it is FRAUD. I managed to contact my credit card company and told them a 8444412898 I have just looked at my statement and ?99.99 was taken out of my account. I too purchased spacesavers and was told to bin the brochure should I get one! Nothing was mentioned about a fee being taken out of my account!!! 8444412898 I used to work for this company and can confirm that they are based in Barnstaple and take the card details from space bags (spacesystems)they take the orders for spacebags as well and just transfer the customers details to the freetime database, they are not based in spain and force their staff to lie or be sacked, the whole operation is illegal and immoral 8444412898 I also bought these spacesaver bags and was consequently charged 99.99 by free time holidays.I contacted TSB fraud dept straight away and they refunded the money within ten minutes I never recieved a brochure or a phone call.Surely something should be done by somebody to stop these awful people. 8444412898 My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. The enclosed letter stated that if I did not cancel within the 30 days ?99.99 would be debited from my account for the annual membership. When I was originally called regarding this I as told that they were sending this out to me and that if I didnt want it I could "put it in the bin".
