Automated call with 2 options. Subject BT termination of broadband. Option 1 to talk to an adviser about stopping termination. (A Scammer with possible transfer to premium number costing £££'s per minute?) Option 2 to continue with termination If you stay on line call ends about 60 seconds later.

This number rings several times a day. I answer but no one there. As yet not had the pleasure of speaking to anyone. We are TPS but only the good companies take any notice. When are the authorities going to step up and take action...!?
