What are these features?
The first feature is playout of chat, which allows users to listen to voicemails outside of the chat window.

The second feature is Pause / Resume Recording which allows users to pause recording and resume when it's ready.
The third feature added by WhatsApp is the draft preview which allows users to hear a voicemail message before sending it. Drafts are quite a good thing.
