Indian accented caller said he was from BT Openreach. Could barely hear him over what sounded like a call centre in the background. Cold caller. He put down phone on me when I said I could barely hear him.
Scouser saying he was from AAT, without explaining what this was - he said Accident something or other when I asked then continued patronisingly that it was self explanatory when you say the name (which he didn t until I asked) so I hung up on the stroppy sod.
