This company (Energy Savings Scotland) has called me a few times over the years. If you ring their number they call themselves The Energy Savings Advice Centre which I believe is an entirely different company. So they are not only breaking the law cold calling but committing fraud by representing themselves as another company. Needless to say, I've reported them to the Telephone Preference Service. On this occasion I asked the Energy Savings Scotland cold caller for their website address. She said that they

Indian SCAM claiming you have viruses and problems with your computer. Claim to be from World PC Solutions. Don t waste your time and just hang up. They ve called about 15 times now!
