Caller saying he was with Discover Broadband addressed me as "Mr Forename" and stated I was with a TalkTalk service that they wanted to price-check. The very loud background noise was unusual for any half-decent call centre. Especially considering the big TalkTalk data spill this week, I didn t fancy giving or confirming any details! I asked to be removed from the call list and I hung up.

No idea who this belongs to and I have no desire to find out...it doesn`t matter who it belongs to...I have not answered my landline phone for several years now as ALL the calls are from salespeople/scammers/fraudsters...the ONLY reason I have a landline now is due to having broadband although I don`t see why this is still necessary with today s technology...it is high time this nonsense was brought to an end.
