Obvious scam call. "A section 4 award has been added to your motor insurance file" He couldn't tell me what Act of Parliament section 4 came from, so he hung up.
apparently it charges to answer, on numerous forums

SCAM Auto dialled number then the Indian 'Klaus' couldn't tell me where he got my number from. Clearly a scam. Never got as far as getting details of whatever scam it was about.
