SCAM Chap supposedly calling from an insurance company saying I had a policy with them and was an existing customer, so refused to remove my details from his database. He said I'd paid them £195 in January 2018 - I hadn't! Presumably he'd have rtried to get me to "renew my policy" if I'd fallen for the scam. Refused to pass me to his supervisor, put the phone down when I said I'd check my bank statements for this supposed payment. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

SCAM - Olivia has given up and has now handed over the phone calls to an Asian man all with the same story of calling from Virgin Media Technical department. VM say they don't offer this service and have no idea who these people are. 12 x calls from them to date. All from different numbers
