It is quite common for this company to make silent calls. Every once in a while you get someone to offer to teach you about online trading. Blocked
I just had the exact same call - because I d paid my tax (seemed to be a confusion between council and income!) I would get a ?7000 rebate. I also insisted on cheque as I would not give my bank details and I was to phone this number and speak to senior treasury adviser "Robert Smith". I was also told that I would have to pay a fee to get my rebate. He also told me I shouldn t spend this money on gambling and drinking lol - really!! Don t get suckered!

Someone called and said they were from Amazon and that my Prime subscription was being renewed. They suggested to stop this I should let them access my PC via Teamviewer! I terminated the call.
They would not agree to remove my number form their systems and hung up on me. Trying to sell me App information and wanted to take my email address, which I did not give them.
