I'm actually shocked this is genuine. Been with Smile for 20 years and just ripped them a new one for using this method. As someone below says it is the collections dept at the co operative bank but i really would suggest not putting your details in any phone call.
I have received this as well. American sounding voice apparently from Inland revenue. I just Hung up, definite scam.
