I have just received a call from this number. The caller, who spoke with a foreign accent, asked to speak to me. When I asked him who he was, he answered 'Your father', laughed and hung up before I could reply. My father passed away last year. These disgusting **** are based overseas and call to con unsuspecting people out of money and if questioned are rude and obnoxious.
