Foreign woman, perhaps Indian, phoned saying she was from BT technical department and that my broadband was being used by hackers so will be shut down today. I was immediately suspicious and asked where the BT office was she is phoning from. Her reply was London and I asked for an address. She gave a real address but when I asked her to spell it the phone went dead!!!
