Called late at night and don't know anyone from Norwich
Silent call multiple times a day. Never leaves a message. I called back using mobile. Non English speaker who just kept saying 'sorry, sorry' and then started calling my mobile which is now blocked.
Had numerous calls from a Liverpool guy offering compensation for my recent accident. Could quote my name and insurance company, blocked number Also called back on 01482 532110 same person

Exactly the same behavior as the Amazon call mentioned in another post, received this call in Brazil cellphone, cellphone also detected it as SPAM and the call dropped after answering.
HMRC are going to arrest me!!!!! nI m shaking in my boots! nObvious scam to get you to go through to a premium number. nDO NOT PRESS ANYTHING, JUST HANG UP!
