SCAM number went unknown out of service after 24hours after tracing to manchester, believe to be an India speaking answer service on sister number 07440 949141, I would be careful exposing your own numbers to this caller and certainly no id of any sort. ensure you terminate your call fully by reboot even, do not confirm your number with caller, or your name or area, they should know this.

Rang, no reply, checked the number shows Russia.
Called from call centre... silent line then asked for someone else... before saying the call is about "the government green deal initiative" and started to ask for my details. I asked where they d got the number and was told "a database" and when I asked "what deal is this" they ended the call.
