Called this evening at 7.11pm, left no message.
SCAM Caller with Indian accent calling from a call centre, presumably in India, stated I have an issue with my broadband speed. He didn’t ask my name, just said he was calling from Sky, who I am with as it happens. Clearly strange he didn’t ask to confirm who I was or to go through security, but I played along. He said I need to get my laptop out, I said I don’t have one at home. He just kept repeating it. I said I’ve just checked my download speed on my app and it is all fine. He put the phone down. SCAM!
