Rang me at 12.30pm said he was from BT and I had malicious software on my pc, ask me to log in and confirm router number or something. Told him I was with Virgin, he started shouting at me telling me to log in because he needed to fix my router, told him there was nothing wrong with it. This number called 5 times in twodays last week. Every time we answered it clicked off. Finally my wife recalled the number and they announced themselves as 'Call Concern', said they dealt with nuisance calls. When my wife pointed out they were a nuisance call they rang off immediately. Today,25/4/16, they called again, claiming I had an account with them, dated 2013, even quoted what they claimed was a code word (roses).
