I had this call yesterday and told them I am not interested in a smart meter. He wanted me to confirm my name and address . They said I won't be contacted anymore. They do announce themselves to contact customers on behalf of EON and are not actually EON.I am sure eon knows about it despite they deny they use such call centres. Picked up phone, but nobody answered.
SCAM Text saying I'd missed a Hermes delivery and to click a link for redelivery. The link wants your full name, date of birth, address etc then moves on to asking for bank card details for a payment to book a redelivery. DO NOT OPEN TEXTS FROM THIS NUMBER.

Government energy discount fraud...click a link asking you to fill in details to apply for your energy discount, I fell for it and gave my personal details and bank card long number and security code at the back..luckily cancelled my card in time...be aware you aren't needing to apply for the energy discount if you're eligible you'll get it paid into your account automatically.
