Reports on other sites suggest it s a debt collection company called Capital Resolve, who claim to work on behalf of British Gas, Vodafone etc.

Similar experience to those who've posted so far. I reported the number to the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) after I'd informed the caller I would do so and hung up.

Female caller on this number, knew my name & tried the hard sell for PPI. How they knew my name I do not know. Very annoying! I asked for the name of the company calling...
Had several missed calls, no message ever left. I have since answered one of them, the lady had my name, number, street and started to try to sell me something?
