This lady has just rang my elderly Mother claiming she is due a refund from Sky of £202, and asked for her date of birth and her card expiry date, at which point my Mother told her that she had never been a customer of Sky, but was told that she still was due a refund, so my Mother, thankfully, told her to send her a cheque if that was the case and hung up on her.
