Someone has been texting a old lady from this money pretending to be her daughter asking for money its very concerning.
Called me but soon as I answered rang off .

01794399253 called my landline on Thursday 13 July and a recorded message advised me that money had been transferred from my account and to key 1 to sort it. 01794 is a Romsey UK number as is my number so I assumed it was local. I did not continue with the call. It was the same as other messages that I have received recently mentioned Amazon. How do scammers phone from local numbers?

SCAM Just had an automated call from this number saying my bank card (not which type ie debit or credit) had been used twice this morning 1 for £300 and another for £1000. Didnt say which bank....
