Highly suspicious. Caller purpoted to be from Direct Life. Tried to obtain personal identity details on the pretext of providing more information regarding a life policy I had recently purchased online from confused.com. Said policy application is still in progress and this information was needed to complete, whilst I had already received my completed policy documents. Was pretty firm and I had to be equally firm and refuse to provide any detaila and closed the call.
