PPI claims and Bank charge claims... legitimate company, I used them in the past they don t cold call so a friend will have recommended you or you would already be a client. Ok to answer they would not call you again if that is what you asked them to do, also ok to call back.

Still being called all day long every day let answer phone take over they say if you got payed out by banks as a good will gesture they could refund the money the banks kept back from you told them all ready had ppi refunded they asked what bank s mentioned a couple but one of them they didn t deal with did not give them any other information paper work arrived with a list of all bank s and building society s for you to tick off and there in the list was the banks they didn t deal with why include they want

Asked the lady where the depot is and she said "north London" to which i said i think this is a scam and kindly take me off your list. the lady replied that shes only doing trying to help. i did say its very thoughtful of them to remind me of a waiting parcel even though its a SCAM Reply

Asian guy rang and half way through the conversation he started to actually abuse me using the F word. And that was because I was being slightly awkward (due to the nature of the call). Nevertheless, I m sure it doesn t give him the right to start swearing down the phone. Told him he needed to be professional and brush up on his manners and he hung up (after swearing again).
