I got a bit further with these jokers. The 0121 number is a fraud, the guy (heavy pakistani accent) said he was sat in Woodgreen, London and explained the fake number as a "computer" number not a phone number. He said he was from "heating on benefits". Once I confirmed the ESA/LPG gas/20yr he went on to say, he will now pass me over to the Verifier who will check and confirm my details and arrange for a visit to my house which will only take 48 hours. At this point I stop, no further, these could be any

Fraud Automated message saying they are calling from HMRC because I owe them money (which of course I don't). Prompted me to press 1 immediately to speak to an "officer" or if I don't I would be arrested shortly. I hung up at this point because obviously it's a fraud and I reported it to real HMRC!
