Court action was now under way. Press 1 to speak to an officer." I did this immediately, and a man with a near Asian accent, politely asked;"Can I help you?"

DPD (using a consumer phone number) texted saying "you wasn't in". If you're going to scam, at least use proper spelling and grammar.
