I get a lot of these nuisance accident claim calls but this was the first to my mobile. I blame the car insurance companies selling on contact details.

When I asked who was calling, they hung up. Being registered with the TPS I have reported this to Ofcom and Action Fraud.

They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract.
