SCAM: An English guy calling himself ‘Chris’ said he was the local energy saving rep., asked if I was the householder, and then asked if I had taken advantage of the Government Loft Insulation Scheme? I replied that yes, I have insulation – why? Do I need to have it removed?? He hung up! Call received - automated message - purports to be from HM Revenue and Customs claiming I am being investigated for fraud. I don't think so! Don't press 1 when it asks you to. I don't know what they implications might be, but I suggest they would not be good!

Just had a call from these. I let my answer phone deal with them. If I recognise voice then I pick up phone. This way it costs them money. I keep a list of these numbers so I can begin to recognise who they are.
