Received a call around 4pm on 14th December. After 3 times of saying HELLO there was a click on the line and a person with an INDIAN accent asked me to confirm my name and then ...
Caller told me they were from visa and someone was trying to use my card for something costing over £900. It said I should press 1 to cancel or 2 to go ahead. Its obviously nothing to do with Visa so I pressed nothing and hung up the call immediately.

'Julie' stating she was from Trust Telecom. Said that we WOULD get cheaper line rental but not that we had to transfer our business to them! I had never heard of Trust Telecom and asked her why she had called when I hadn't asked them to...she put the phone down. If this is a genuine business they need to look at their marketing strategy.
