This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. Claimed to be Katie from Sittingbourne Guttering Services. There is no such company. Claimed to be doing a job in the area next week so could offer a £50 discount to clean all gutters and downpipes. However did not seem to have any idea about this size of the house or the amount of work involved. When I asked which days they could make a long list was reeled off... and yet the discount is because they are in the area.
wanted me to have a free emergency alarm bracelet for which I had to pay £189 connection fee.

Caller claimed to be able to send me a blocker to protect me from unwanted calls for fee of ?8.99 per month or an payment of ?80 for a year! I used my phone s in-built blocker by pressing the button on the keypad!
This number just keeps on calling. Nobody there when you answer it phone hangs up. I guess they are just trying to find out when you are available to answer the phone and then letting companies know. BLOCK IT.

Linked to a life insurance query I made, keeps calling from multiple numbers in the same area code. I called them back and they were quite happy to give my name to the caller, without any ID checks. Very dodgy, do not buy anything from this company as they have no idea about customer service.
