Called asking to verify my name & address, they had both wrong, so then wanted my name & address. I asked why but this Indian or Pakistani kept waffling & would not say why, so I hung up. Next time I shall use a tuning fork over the ear piece, so it explodes his end!

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Had this a few time - thought is was TRJ but must be SRJ asking if I was NAME press 1 if not press 2 then can you bring NAME to phone 1 yes 2 no then please ask NAME to call.
