I believe the email I received regarding a BT bill is a scam like several previous ones as the address is not a BT one. This is the phone number quoted in the email.

After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. well, so far today, this number has rung me 9 times! I have had my phone on silent, which is just as well, cos I have been sleeping! I just now want to know whether to just add them to my ignore list or not!

They rang me saying it was concerning an accident I was supposed to have had 2 1/2 years ago and that they were calling on behalf of the third party. When I told them I knew not...

Called telling me they knew where I lived and were going to rob me. Called them back and it was Sea, Sun & Sickness. They said it was a non-employee on interview. Am taking it to the ICO and police.

His Superviser Michael Parker then said ok if you pay today... send a wire transfer --- even the number from Gloucester Police station 01452 saying they want to come and arrest me.

total scumbags rang me 3 times in one day first was PPI second call i missed and th third was at 10pm and for the accident that i had apparantley had. at which point i shouted at the top of my voice F**K OFF, they never rang back again
