This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with BT tarifs, Go Mobile, O2 and new mobile plans - general call centre working for telco operators.

SCAM Financial investment company that they claim I had asked to be contacted by. However they do not know my actual given name nor do they know my full name. I asked if instead of using the random name I publicly go by if they could confirm my full name and other details but could not. I’ve had several of these “investment companies” calling and fishing for details recently. All have the same “spiel” and follow the same script to their calls, with only the company name having any variations.

Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". He said yes, he needed some information. I asked which bank debit card? He said Amazon then hung up. Seriously!

This number seems to be used for a general call centre of a general purpose, they profit on marketing of any goods or services. Better refuse to answer - it should be also a silent call (testing itf the number is answering).

Repeatedly call my number even after I told them to stop. They say they are with Lloyds bank but I have never used nor had an account with them

Never trust this people who calls from this number, they are a scam pretending to be an insurance company collect information about you

Introduced himself as John Shepherd and working for a children's charity, the name of which I did not catch. He checked with me that he had run the right number by checking my company name. Spoke really slowly so I new this was going to be a long call probably looking for money so said I was busy (which I was). Have seen him reported as a scammer on other number check sites.

Offering 4 day break £49 per person. I thanked them for their offer but said not interested. He was sill talking when I hung up.

I received a recorded call with an american accent claiming to be from inland revenue. Advised to get a solicitor as im facing serious charges. Said to call back on another number and that it's time limited if I don't reply
