Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 12249246xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with inusrance marketing, PPI - Industrial Hearing Injury, but also loans - financial management. I too have been plagued by this number, similar times of the day as others. I don t have a credit card with them nor have I ever heard of them. Does anyone know a legitmitate reason for them calling? I am baffled as well as infuriated with them. Have logged complaint with Offcom & ico complaints.
