These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". SCAM said they were calling from virgin media and my internet was running slow. I questioned that he was from v.m. as they would put compensation credit on next billing - surely ?? Sounded like a busy telesales background noise. Man spoke English but with a strong Indian subcontinent accent.
