Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I believe the email I received regarding a BT bill is a scam like several previous ones as the address is not a BT one. This is the phone number quoted in the email.

saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

This number has called me several times in the last few days, no messages left for the missed calls and no one speaks when I do pick it up. One to be blocked!

Called my mobile 4 times, I blocked their number. They left message on answer machine but it was complete silence.

Written to British Gas filed a legal compliant about harassment calls i received from this number and another two for the past 35 days. The calls stopped and today it is back again for the first time.

Called at 01.03am number said Kent.. I live in Scotland and have never been in Kent in my life. Rejected without answering, apparantly its Kent Police but tthey say NOT.
