Message on my answering machine. Obviously automated. Male voice. Only heard tail end of it but couldn t understand it.

I have come back every night from work for the past week and had a new answer phone message from them. They ask to return the call because they have an offer that may be of interest to me. Twoddle. I m ex directory and on the TPS.
They will not leave messages. It s either Npower or British Gas, via a 3rd party party marketing company.

Received a call on my mobile at around 11.30am, and was told I had a refund via PPI from a credit card or loan. Had to ask me which one and from which bank. (Should know all this before calling me, how else would they know if I m owed anything?) They phoned me saying they were from BT and trying to stop marketing calls (Like a kind of international Telephone Preference Service) and tried to get get my card details out of me. They read out my name and address to me then asked for the expiration date on my debit card so they could "verify" my details. I gave them a false one.
