I had actually been speaking to lloyds bank the day before and so it was quite plausible. Asked me some security questions, full address, date of birth, then put me on hold. I hung up due to the time i was on hold. I then received a call on my landline from 0113 208 3739. I asked how do i know you are from lloyds bank, he said he had sent me a text to confirm my identity. He then asked for details"
