Several calls yesterday, some from the same named person. All English names and Asian voices. Very persistent.
Used local exchange code, and number to make you pick up. Was a scam call regarding a telephone company, caller foreign.

These scam calls mostly originate from outside the UK, using spoofed numbers, so there is littl that can be done to stop them.
Phoned purporting to be from my bank (spoofed number) . An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Then proceeded to give ‘ press 1’, ‘press 2 ‘ instructions. I just blocked the number. This is a SCAM! AVOID engaging with them!
