Call Management customer services 0844 804 6561called my mother. They already had her credit card number. Stated she already had a 5 year contract with them which had 3 years to run...but they d like to offer those remaining 3 years at a discount for a total of ?125. If she wanted to cancel the (non existing) contract that would be ?500! ?125 was taken from her account that day.....she did not provide any details!
