Purported to be from Virgin media with a fault on the internet. This nice lady wanted me to help them to fix it! Since when do they need my help to fix their problems? It was the same thing as years ago. Are you in front of your laptop/pc? Please look on your keyboard and... I'm sure many people remember the script. The nice lady would like to mirror your screen to 'help' you fix the problem, and also spend those boring work hours having a bit of a rummage around in your device, and bank account. Genuine?
