SCAM - phoning to try and access your computer. Says they are from BT and there is a problem with your router. Danger complete scam

American robot voice claiming to be from HMRC saying an arrest warrant has been issued due to tax investigations
SCAM: This is a scam about "your insurance on your washing machine has run out". I was told I had a Bosch washing machine but the person rang up when I ask her to remind me how much I was paying every month. I never had insurance on a washing machine so easy to spot the scam.
Courier / Post office
Fraud - recorded message saying my national insurance number had been compromised. Hung up after this and blocked the number.
